This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Dealer Delivery Manager ("DDM"), provided by 44Halo, LLC. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record.

Free Trial Period

All new subscriptions begin with a fourteen (14) day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the Service at no charge. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

We encourage you to evaluate DDM thoroughly during your free trial before converting to a paid subscription.

Consumer Right to Cancel (First Subscription Period)

  • If you are a Consumer (as defined under applicable consumer protection laws), you have the right to cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days of your first paid subscription charge, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify Paddle of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by contacting Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.com/support or by using Paddle's cancellation form.

  • If you cancel within this period and have not accessed or used the Service following your first payment, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days using the same payment method.

Exception: This cancellation right does not apply if you have accessed, logged into, or otherwise used the Service after your first payment was processed. In such cases, the digital content has been delivered and the right to cancel is waived.

Subscription Cancellations After the Initial Period

After the initial 14-day period following your first payment:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@dealerdm.com
  • Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue through the end of your current paid billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
  • Automatic renewal will be stopped, and no further charges will be made

Subscription Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically each month. The consumer right to cancel described above applies only to your initial subscription, not to subsequent renewal periods.

Refund Requests Outside of Consumer Rights

Refunds outside of the consumer cancellation right described above are provided at the sole discretion of 44Halo, LLC and Paddle on a case-by-case basis. We may refuse refund requests where we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

Defective Service

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. If you believe the Service is materially defective, please contact us at support@dealerdm.com.
